Founders Factory

After three years at Founders Factory, I was promoted to Brand Design Lead and took ownership of the organisation’s largest brand transformation project. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, I explored multiple creative directions before developing a new visual identity from the ground up. From colour palettes and illustration systems to typography and graphic assets, every element was designed to create a distinctive, scalable brand.

Alongside the identity, I facilitated brand workshops to define the organisation’s visual and conceptual direction, helping establish a cohesive design system that could evolve with the business. The rebrand also included a complete website redesign, where I translated the new identity into a component-based framework within Storyblok, empowering marketing teams to build consistent, high-quality content while maintaining brand integrity.
